Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: April 2026 (v2.0)
Important: By using MedPubPro services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before engaging our services.
1. Nature of Services
MedPubPro provides research support, consultation, and academic assistance services. In accordance with ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) authorship criteria and GPP 2022 (Good Publication Practice) guidelines, we act as:
- Research methodology consultants
- Statistical analysis service providers
- Manuscript development assistants
- Language and scientific editors
- Publication process facilitators
- Formatting and reference management specialists
All deliverables are intended as research support resources. MedPubPro does not submit work on behalf of clients to journals, institutions, or universities. No guarantee of journal acceptance, publication, or academic approval is made or implied.
Our role is analogous to professional medical writing support — a standard, ethical practice recognized by ICMJE, GPP 2022, and ISMPP (International Society for Medical Publication Professionals).

- You will obtain necessary ethical clearances (IRB/Ethics Committee approval)
- You accept full responsibility for the final submitted work
- You will submit the final work under your own name
