Important: By using MedPubPro services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before engaging our services.
1. Nature of Services
MedPubPro provides research guidance, consultation, and academic writing assistance services. We act as:
- Research consultants and guides
- Academic writing assistants
- Statistical analysis advisors
- Publication process facilitators
All deliverables are intended as reference materials, model documents, and research support resources. MedPubPro does not submit work on behalf of clients to journals, institutions, or universities. No guarantee of journal acceptance, publication, or academic approval is made or implied.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you (the Client) agree that:
- You are the sole author and owner of any work submitted for publication
- You acknowledge that all deliverables are reference materials and research support resources
- You will review ALL deliverables thoroughly before submission
- You are responsible for verifying accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions
- You confirm compliance with your institution's academic integrity policies
- You will handle all copyright, licensing, and intellectual property matters
- You will obtain necessary ethical clearances and permissions
- You accept full responsibility for the final submitted work
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All intellectual property rights, copyright claims, and related liabilities belong entirely to the Client.
- Client is responsible for ensuring no plagiarism or copyright infringement
- Client must verify all citations and references are accurate
- Any claims of copyright infringement are the Client's sole responsibility
- MedPubPro holds no copyright over delivered work once payment is complete
- Client indemnifies MedPubPro against any intellectual property claims
4. Limitation of Liability
MedPubPro shall NOT be liable for:
- Publication rejection or delays by journals
- Accuracy of data, results, or conclusions provided by Client
- Any errors not identified during Client's review period
- Consequences of institutional academic integrity violations
- Loss of academic position, reputation, or career opportunities
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Journal processing fees, publication charges, or third-party costs
- Changes in journal policies or indexing status
- Delays caused by Client's non-responsiveness
5. Review & Approval Process
- Client receives deliverables for review before final submission
- Client has 7 days to review and request revisions
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in standard pricing
- Approval (explicit or implied by submission) constitutes acceptance
- Once approved/submitted, Client assumes full responsibility
6. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required to begin work
- Remaining 50% due before final delivery
- No refunds once work has commenced
- Partial refund may be considered if work not started (at discretion)
- Additional revision requests beyond 2 rounds charged separately
7. Confidentiality
- All Client data and research kept strictly confidential
- We do not share Client information with third parties
- Work samples never reused or shared
- Client identity protected at all times
8. Ethical Guidelines
MedPubPro adheres to ethical research practices. We:
- Only assist with legitimate academic research
- Do not fabricate or falsify data
- Do not assist with fraudulent publications
- Reserve right to refuse unethical requests
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedPubPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Client's use of delivered services
- Any breach of these Terms
- Copyright or intellectual property disputes
- Academic misconduct allegations
- Third-party claims related to the work
10. Disclaimer of Academic Responsibility
The Client is the sole author and owner of all delivered materials.
- MedPubPro's role does not constitute authorship under ICMJE or any academic guidelines
- Services provided are analogous to research assistance, editorial support, and statistical consulting — standard practices in academic publishing
- MedPubPro is not responsible for any consequences arising from the Client's decision to submit, publish, or use deliverables in any academic, professional, or institutional context
- Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their use of deliverables complies with applicable academic, institutional, and ethical standards
11. Communication Records
- All project-related communications (WhatsApp messages, call records, shared files) are deleted 30 days after project completion
- No communication records will be provided to any third party — including institutions, medical councils, or regulatory bodies — without a valid court order
- Client may request early deletion of all communication records at any time
12. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Disputes first attempted to be resolved through mediation
- Indian law governs these Terms
13. Modifications
MedPubPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
