Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel within 48 hours of payment AND before work has started
• We are unable to deliver the service due to reasons on our end
• The delivered work is significantly different from what was agreed upon

2. Partial Refund (50%)

You are eligible for a 50% refund if:

• You cancel after work has started but before first draft delivery
• There are delays beyond 2 weeks from the agreed timeline (unless due to your unavailability)

3. No Refund

Refunds are not applicable if:

• First draft has been delivered and accepted
• Journal revision requests or editorial decisions (we offer free revisions and resubmission support instead)
• Delays caused by client's unavailability or late data submission
• Change of mind after significant work completion

4. Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the work. If journal reviewers request changes, we make those revisions at no extra cost.
